And special order add 7 additional day to complete order.

 DAMAGED ITEMS

If damage occurred to the item in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the product, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.

RETURN POLICY

 All of our jewelry are made to order. We offer exchange only and NO refund.

Merchandise may be returned for exchange within 60 days of receipt (less shipping and handling charges)

Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging or other padded/reinforced mailer. Peter Stone Jewelry is not responsible for missing or damaged jewelry sent back in a non-padded envelope.
