Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by your destination country. 

Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer.

The purchaser is responsible for making sure the jewelry can be lawfully imported to your destination country. When you are ordering from Peter Stone, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country. 

The receiver of international jewelry items may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charges once the shipment reaches your country. Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and do not know if charges will apply and what they may be if any.

Customs policies vary from country to country; If you are not sure you should contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause possible delays beyond our original delivery estimates, but in most cases are are non issues.
